A new year brings a lot more music recorded here at Akdar Studios. First, here are the projects that have finished tracking and mixing and are in the mastering stage. Divination, Tough Luck and Blind Theory and
Fifty Caliber Kiss. Check back for some samples from these artists.

Some current projects still tracking and mixing are Fatal Aggression, The Ron Nolen Band, and Common Enemy.

Frank and Mike have been mixing the live tracks from the Anthrophobia Farewell show from back in November at the Silo in Reading PA. Look for a DVD release of that later this year.
Ninetail, the 2008 Project Independent featured artist, will be in during April to track a full length to have availabe for their fall Project Indepent tour.

November 1st 2007

Divination and The Sinking Earth are in the mixing stages of their latest projects. We mixed the Michael Kane release that was tracked at various local studios. Black Moon was in to track a 3 song sampler of their upcoming full length. Blind Theory has finished their EP and it is in the mastering phase. Dead Until Dark was in to record 3 songs for preproduction purposes for their upcoming full length, due early next year. Tough Luck is just about finished mixing their full length.

July 25th 2007

Ninetail was in to record 2 songs, one for the upcoming Project Independent compilation, and the other for a future release.

There are new song samples up on the media page, with tunes from From Dissension, Ninetail, The Gloominous Doom, Throdl and Confessions of a Lifetime.

Divination, Fatal Aggression and The Sinking Earth are still tracking for their newest releases. Anthrophobia is mixing their song for the Triple Fast Action tribute record, do out later this year.

It's been quite some time since our last update, but a lot has been going on! Confessions of a Lifetime, Throdl, From Dissension, Betrayed By innocence, Gloominous Doom and Saved all have finished and mastered releases, please check their MySpace pages and support these awesome bands.

D-Ville Trash has finished their first full length, the tracks are at The Mastering House with Tom Volpichelli.

Tough Luck is in the middle of tracking a full length. Blind Theory is working on a release as well.

Current projects in the works are the new Divination CD as well as the grand finale of Putrefactor.

Wow, have we been busy the past few months! Here's what's new. Some of the ongoing projects are from Mike Narvaez, Absence of Mind, Big Green Limousine, Confessions of a Lifetime and Throdl.

Saved has finished mixing their 11 songs and the tunes are on their way to The Mastering House so Tom Volpichelli can work his magic on them!
11s Edge has finished their full length and that CD was mastered by Tom as well.

Some new bands that are now tracking here at Akdar are From Dissension, D-Ville Trash, The Gloominous Doom, and Betrayed By Innocence.

Upcoming sessions currently scheduled are Tough Luck, Primal Embrace and rumor has it there is a new Divination recording coming our way! Good stuff for sure.
